Complaints policy

How to tell us if something has gone wrong, and how we will put it right.

Last updated: 16 May 2026.

Our approach

We aim to provide a high standard of service. If we fall short, we want to know so we can put it right and learn from it. We treat every complaint seriously, fairly and in confidence, and you will not be treated any differently for raising a concern.

How to complain

Please contact us by email at info@kitchensure.co.uk or by phone on 01234 567 890. It helps if you can tell us what happened, when, and what you would like us to do to put things right.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and let you know who is dealing with it. We will look into it properly, keep you informed of progress, and aim to give you a clear response within a reasonable timescale. The exact target timescales will be confirmed during review.

If you are still unhappy

If you are not satisfied with our response, please tell us so we can take another look. Depending on the nature of your complaint, there may be an external body you can approach, for example the Information Commissioner’s Office for concerns about how we handle personal data. Any relevant escalation routes will be listed here after review.
