Cancellation policy
How cancellations, rescheduling and deposits work.
Last updated: 16 May 2026.
We understand that plans change. This policy explains what happens if you need to cancel or move a booking, and how any deposit is treated. It is designed to be fair to you while allowing us to plan our time.
More than 7 days’ notice
If you cancel with more than 7 days’ notice before your visit, your deposit is normally transferable to a new date, or refundable, subject to our settings at the time of booking. This is the most flexible option and we always recommend giving as much notice as you can.
Between 2 and 7 days’ notice
If you cancel between 2 and 7 days before your visit, a partial charge may apply to cover time we have set aside and are unlikely to be able to fill at short notice. Where possible, we will offer to move your booking rather than cancel it.
Less than 48 hours’ notice
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit is normally non-refundable, as it is usually too late for us to offer the slot to another client. Our standard minimum notice period is 48 hours.
Rescheduling
Where you would prefer to move your booking rather than cancel it, you can request a reschedule through your client portal. We will do our best to find a suitable alternative date.
Exceptions
We know that emergencies and genuinely exceptional circumstances happen. Requests that fall outside this policy can be reviewed, and any exceptions are approved by an administrator on a case-by-case basis. If in doubt, please get in touch as early as possible at info@kitchensure.co.uk.
